22ft is a Sports Management Company with a different outlook : We cover the needs of players by providing a ‘full service’ package including speaking to potential colleges, sourcing sponsorship, providing PR work, coaching facilities and more; in order to develop our players to their full potential, we provide a first-rate, personal service from college level players to fulltime pro players.We assess players by taking them through our detailed assessment questionnaire: this enables our team to best evaluate your needs and so provide the best possible opportunities for career growth in the right direction.
We recognize that not all players are the same, and so no two players have the same needs. In conjunction with a written assessment, our team assesses players on the court; we will not sign a player without seeing them play first.
