The D-League draft is loaded this year. I have a couple players in the draft tonight. I believe that JaMarcus Ellis and Jeral Davis both will go pretty high. JaMarcus and Jeral have gotten a lot of interest from over half of the teams in the league. Over the last few days I have talked to coaches, GM's, an management about both guys. JaMarcus is a fantastic playmaker who is very versatile an can play all three backcourt positions. Jeral is a 7 foot shotblocker.

The first round just ended and none of my guys were called. I kinda expected that..... Now the second round is over and still no luck. A lot of very talented players are still on the board. Hopefully the 3rd is lucky......

Finally, JaMarcus Ellis just got picked towards the end of the 3rd by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers who are owned by the Houston Rockets. Wow! Before I coul finish writing the last sentence Jeral Davis just got picked up by the Tulsa 66ers who is owned by the OKC Thunder. Jeral was the 1st pick of the 4th round.

Now I can just sit back and watch the rest of the draft. Congrats guys!!!!
