In what type of format should I send my video?
We accept most types of videos such as VHS/DVD (PAL or NTSC), mini-dv, and any common digital format burned on to physical media (such as MPEG or AVI burned onto CD-R or DVD-R). If there is some other type of video that you have, please let us know and we will do our very best to use it.
How long does it take to actually place a game video on Pro Player Video?
We will put your game video on Pro Player Video as quickly as possible. We want you to be seen right away. Once we receive your video in the mail, please allow up to two weeks in order to transcode and upload your video. Please keep in mind, however, that if no payment has been made then your video will not be posted.
Will I get my game video mailed back to me?
No. We will not return the game video you send us. So, please be sure to keep a copy for yourself.
For Players: If a team is interested in me, then what?
Your contact information that you give us will be posted right next to your game video. So, when a team watches your video and wants to get it touch with you or your agent, they can do it immediately via email (or any other contact information you wish to provide in your bio).
What kind of Internet connection do I need to watch a game video?
A high-speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, T1, etc.) will provide the best results when watching game videos.
What program(s) will I need to watch the video?
The video player is completely web-based, so all you will need is a web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Safari, or FireFox) with the Flash plug-in. You most likely already have this plug-in, but if you do not, you can EASILY and QUICKLY download Flash for FREE!
How much does it cost to browse and watch players' videos on Pro Player Video?
NOTHING! It's FREE! You can watch unlimited videos and browse as many players' profiles as you want anytime you want. We want you to use Pro Player Video as often as you'd like. There is no catch. Just click and watch what a player can do.
How much does it cost to sign-up and create a profile on Pro Player Video?
Registering and creating a profile on Pro Player Video is also FREE! This means that you can get your biography and contact information up right now for absolutely NOTHING! However, adding game videos to your profile is not free.
How much does it cost to put a game video on Pro Player Video?
There are two different pricing options to choose from. For a 6-month subscription, adding a game video to your profile package online is a $60.00 investment. For a 1-year subscription, adding a game video to your profile package online is a $90.00 investment. You may have multiple game videos on your account, however, the charge is the same for each video. If you are an agent who manages five or more players, you will be given discount rates of $50.00 USD and $75.00 USD per video for a 6-month or 1-year subscription (resepectively)!
How much video can I put on the website?
You may put up to 45 minutes of video per package (6-month or 1-year) on Pro Player Video. If you would like more than 45 minutes of game footage, we would be happy to accomodate you for a small additional fee of $20.00 USD per 15 minutes.
Will Pro Player Video edit my game video if it is too long?
We will edit your game video if you'd like us to. However, if you send it to us ready-to-go, then we are able to post it on the website faster.
